Velvot Pay provides a platform for processing online payments. We act as an intermediary between payers and payees, facilitating the secure transfer of funds.

Velvot Pay may charge fees for certain Services. Fees will be disclosed before you initiate a transaction.

5. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to: Fraudulent activity Money laundering Violation of intellectual property rights Transmission of harmful content

Velvot Pay may terminate your access to the Services for any reason, with or without notice.

7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Velvot Pay disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Velvot Pay will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Velvot Pay with respect to your use of the Services.

11. Updates to Terms

Velvot Pay may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revisions.
